So I figured I'd go into the subject of classic movies. There are timeless, classic movies that are still considered great, influential films which are still watched to this day.  Citizen Kane, Gone With the Wind, Casablanca, It's a Wonderful Life, Miracle on 34th St., the Maltese Falcon, Wizard of Oz, Dracula, Frankenstein, the Wolf Man, and many more.  Even cult classics such as A Clockwork Orange, Rocky Horror Picture Show, and Dr. Strangelove fit the bill - although they're more recent examples than the others - since they're still considered important moments in cinematic history. Personally, I'm 50/50 on classic movies.  I liked Casablanca, Miracle on 34th Street, a few of the classic monster movies, and Wizard of Oz (obviously).  Quite a few I haven't checked out yet, like the Maltese Falcon.  So I decided to go into a little bit of a more serious direction with this week's thread.  The topic of aspirations/dreams/hopes. Basically, what did you aspire to in life?  What kind of path did you want to take?  What did you want to achieve?  Have you?  Are you still taking steps towards that goal?  Did it change, and what did it change to?   Personally, I've always wanted to be an actor.  I got a very small taste of it a few years back, but I still hope to get back into it on some level soon.  I should have a decent chance here in the next couple of years, God willing.  It's not just limited to that, though. It's also about things you might have wanted to save up for, or whatever.  Like a dream car, a boat, a type of home, location, etc.  So it's not just about the deep shit, but about more light hearted things as well.  For example, I'm still determined to own a 56 Bel Air at some point before I'm too old t...
